Virginia Oaks Clubhouse

The Virginia Oaks Community Center offers:

• Resident lounge with WiFi

• 1600 square-foot banquet area available for private resident functions, at a discounted rate for residents

• Full catering kitchen

• Library and game room

• Outdoor patio that overlooks the main community pond

• Bistro area open during business hours

• The Lounge, which can be reserved free for residents up to an hour prior to using

Pool House & Fitness Center

The Virginia Oaks Fitness Center is open from 5:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. with resident keycard. The Center has two treadmills, two ellipticals, and an exercise bike. There is an assortment of dumbbells and two strength workout stations.

Neighborhood Trails

Virginia Oaks boasts over five miles of paved nature trails, open from dawn to dusk.

Dog Stations

Virginia Oaks has several dog stations strategically located near sidewalks and walking trails for your convenience.

Pool & Pavilion

The Virginia Oaks Pool opens on the Saturday before Memorial Day from 11:00 a.m. - 7:45 p.m. and closes on Labor Day with free access for residents and up to 5 guests. The complex boasts:

• a large swimming pool with lap lane

• a baby pool

• lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables and chairs

• a pavilion f additional shaded seating options

Additionally, we host the Virginia Oaks Sea Devils swim team that provides a developmental swim program and a competitive program that participates in the Prince William Swim League. Visit their website.

Sports Courts

Virginia Oaks has a basketball court, two year-round tennis courts with pickleball lines, and a sand volleyball court.

The Virginia Oaks Playground is located across from the pool and features a rock wall, activity course, slides, swings, and more.
